Posture Pro is a rubber roller designed primarily for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar spinal problems. It is a great device for helping to relieve the symptoms of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine pains caused by muscle tightness or poor posture.
Its principal goal is to encourage spinal joint mobility and release muscular tension and fascial tightness.
It is ideal for use following:

Following all sports participation.
For a gentler effect use Posture Pro against a wall...for more stimulation ly on the floor...and for even more intensity lift your hips from the floor and use full bodyweight for a stronger mobilizing or fasciial release.
